DAMAGED AND INACCURATE PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
In order for us to investigate and address the issue, please inspect your purchase as soon as you get it and let us know right away if it is defective, damaged, or if you got the wrong item. If you wish to return your purchase, get in touch with our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned items to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES
We only replace anything that are defective, damaged, the wrong product, or the wrong size. Please contact us by mail at the address shown on our store’s website if you need to exchange anything.
RESTOCKING FEE
On returns, there is no restocking fee.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If accepted, the original payment method will be immediately refunded.
